Apply for your Kenya eTA with a local team in Diani.

1. Kenya eTA Processing

Almost every visitor to Kenya needs an Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) before boarding. The form isn’t complicated, but small slips are expensive. A mistyped passport number or a wrong date means paying the government fee again and starting over. We fill it in with you, check it twice, submit it and stay with it until your approval arrives.

What’s included

  1. An eligibility check (some travellers, including most East African nationals, don’t need one)
  2. Application completed and checked against your passport
  3. Help with your passport photo and supporting documents
  4. Submission through the official government portal only
  5. Follow-up with immigration if processing runs late
  6. Your approved eTA sent by email and WhatsApp

Processing options

Standard: usually up to 3 working days. Apply at least a week before you fly.
Urgent: same-day processing for last-minute trips, at a higher government fee.

How it works

  • Send us your passport page, photo and travel dates on WhatsApp or by email.
  • We confirm your total cost, government fee plus our service fee, before anything is paid.
  • We submit and keep an eye on your application.
  • You receive your approved eTA, ready to show at check-in.

Flying to Zanzibar? We arrange your mandatory ZIC insurance

2. Zanzibar Visitor Insurance

Zanzibar requires every foreign visitor to hold insurance from the Zanzibar Insurance Corporation (ZIC). Buying the wrong policy, or turning up without one, can mean delays at the airport. We arrange the correct cover before you fly and send the certificate to your phone, so landing in Stone Town is the easy part.

What’s included

  1. A check of whether you need it (residents of East African and SADC countries are exempt)
  2. The correct ZIC policy for every traveller in your group
  3. Certificate sent by email and WhatsApp, ready for arrival
  4. Advice if your trip continues to mainland Tanzania (one policy covers both)

Good to know

  • About $44 per adult and $22 per child aged 3–17. Children under 2 are free.Valid for up to 92 days.
  • If Zanzibar is your first stop in Tanzania, this is the only entry insurance you need for the whole trip.

**Pair it with: Our Diani/Mombasa to Zanzibar flights. Book both in one message.

Tanzania entry insurance? We’ll make sure you buy the right one

3. Tanzania Visitor Insurance

From 1 October 2026, foreign visitors entering mainland Tanzania must hold official inbound travel insurance. Travellers without it can be refused entry. The confusing part is that there are two insurers. If you land on the mainland first (Kilimanjaro, Dar es Salaam, Arusha, or a land border such as Namanga or Lunga Lunga), you need NIC cover. If you land in Zanzibar first, you need ZIC. You never need both. We look at your route and get you the right policy.

What’s included

  1. A route check: which policy you need, or whether you’re exempt
  2. The correct NIC or ZIC policy arranged for each traveller
  3. Certificate sent by email and WhatsApp
  4. Help for overland travellers crossing from Kenya

Good to know

  • About $44 per adult, valid for up to 92 days, with multiple entries allowed
  • Covers medical emergencies, evacuation and repatriation, subject to policy terms
  • It’s an entry requirement, not full travel insurance. For safaris and climbs, keep your own comprehensive cover too.

Book SGR Madaraka Express Tickets

4. SGR Train Tickets

The Madaraka Express is one of the best ways to travel between the coast and Nairobi. It takes about five hours, the seats are comfortable, and you might see elephants as the line passes Tsavo. Booking it yourself can be tricky, though. Popular trains sell out, payments time out, and the official portal is built for Kenyan M-Pesa users. We book through the official Kenya Railways system in your name, and you pay us by card or M-Pesa.

What’s included

  1. Seat booking on Express or Inter-County services: Economy, First Class or Premium Class
  2. Ticket issued in the traveller’s name to match their ID or passport, as the rules require
  3. Optional private transfer between Diani and Mombasa Terminus in Miritini
  4. Help with rescheduling if your plans change

Tips

  1. Booking opens 60 days ahead. Book early for December, Easter and long weekends.
  2. Bring the same passport or ID used for the booking.
  3. Arrive early, as security screening takes time.

Why use us: Kenya Railways has warned about ticket fraud. We only book through official channels, and every ticket comes with a reference you can check.

We make international and domestic airline bookings easy.
